About the role

Staff Product Manager responsible for end-to-end product lifecycle and vision for Snowflake's AI Solutions and Services within the Cortex team, focusing on generative AI/ML integrations in the Data Cloud and driving scalable, customer-obsessed AI products.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Product Vision & Roadmap: Define and articulate a clear, compelling strategy for large-scale AI solutions. Architect and own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements to development, launch, and metrics analysis.
  • Lead from the Front: Serve as cross-functional leader for a pod of engineers, data scientists, and solution architects; drive execution; partner with design, marketing, and sales; evangelize the product vision.
  • Be the Voice of the Customer: Act as the bridge between customer objectives and technical capabilities; gather insights from users and executives to solve high-value problems.
  • Commercialize Innovation: Distill insights from bespoke solutions into scalable, repeatable products; evolve 1-of-1 deployments into 1-to-many platform features.
  • Shape Business Strategy: Collaborate with Snowflake and customer leadership to define product strategy and achieve high-stakes business goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
  • 8+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record shipping enterprise software or cloud services
  • Deep technical fluency to lead architectural discussions with senior engineers and hands-on experience with data science workflows and modern AI paradigms (LLMs, vector databases, agentic workflows)
  • Demonstrated ability to develop product strategy and translate it into actionable roadmaps
  • Strong customer empathy and experience with enterprise customers
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills; ability to engage C-level stakeholders and inspire a team
  • A get-it-done attitude with a passion for building exceptional products
