About the role

Partner Solution Architect in GCPS focused on Data & AI, leading technical strategy and execution with priority partners across ASEAN to build profitable, repeatable Microsoft Cloud and AI services that scale through the channel.

Responsibilities

  • Guide Solution Development & Activation - Lead development and activation of new or enhanced partner offerings aligned with Microsoft Cloud priorities, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, secure, and meet evolving customer needs.
  • Empower Innovation - Run technical innovation workshops and envisioning sessions to build technical intensity across partner teams, accelerating adoption of emerging technologies and shaping partner offerings.
  • Strategic Sales Enablement - Activate transformational deals by providing architectural guidance, resolving technical blockers, and enhancing solution design to drive workload consumption and revenue impact.
  • Champion Technical Excellence - Guide architecture design sessions, PoCs, and MVP builds to ensure solutions follow Microsoft Cloud and AI best practices and are optimized for performance, scalability, and security.
  • Thought Leadership & Stakeholder Management - Build long-term engagements with strategic partners, influence adoption of Microsoft technologies, and foster executive alignment.
  • Partner Enablement & Business Acumen - Coach partner technical teams to embed pre-sales, deployment, and consumption in solution development, translating technical concepts into business value.
  • Technology Responsibilities - Guide partners to build capability across Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Agents, Power Platform and AI Workforce solutions; create repeatable offers for Copilot, Copilot Studio, employee productivity, business process automation and agentic AI; accelerate adoption of AI Workforce platforms; enable ecosystem growth and sustainable revenue streams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
  • OR master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND 3+ years technical consulting, technical consultative selling, product development
  • OR equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in cloud architecture, solution design, and partner enablement, particularly in large-scale or global engagements
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical innovation workshops, architecture reviews, and build-to-consume engagements with partners
  • Technical certification in Microsoft Azure, Security, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, AI, Data, or related cloud technologies
  • Experience working with channel partners, systems integrators, distributors, service providers, or managed service providers across ASEAN or multi-country markets
  • Strong understanding of partner economics, including how partners build profitable services, scale delivery capacity, activate specializations, and convert technical capability into repeatable offers and revenue.
