About the role

Forward Deployed, Wealth Management role focused on leading full-cycle client engagements, tailoring demonstrations, and translating AI capabilities into financial impact for top financial institutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle client engagements with bankers and investors, building consultative relationships and tailoring demos.
  • Engage with bankers/investors to understand workflow challenges and demonstrate the value of Rogo's AI solutions.
  • Establish credibility as an expert in solving customers' problems (e.g., public company financial research, M&A advisory, diligence workflows).
  • Lead product demonstrations tailored to financial firms, validating value and showcasing relevant features.
  • Partner with marketing to develop content for bankers/investors and their practice areas.
  • Act as the Voice of the Customer to help sales and product teams with customer feedback from a financial services lens.
  • Tailor introduction of new solutions to customer needs.
  • Further market perception of Rogo as credible and helpful in applying AI to finance workflows.
  • Conduct research and analysis on customers and competitors.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in private and/or brokerage wealth management, ideally within a top-tier banking or private banking platform
  • Outstanding project management and communication skills; highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Action-oriented mindset that balances creative problem-solving with results-oriented scrappiness
