About the role

Product Designer role focused on AI-native workflows and AI UX within a fast-moving AI product environment at Vapi, a voice AI platform.

Responsibilities

  • Go deep on complex, technical workflows and understand the product surface end to end.
  • Own an ambiguous problem area, partner with engineering and product to define direction, and ship high-quality work quickly and iteratively.
  • Contribute novel ideas and patterns to define how AI-native workflows should work in practice and raise the team’s level.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience
  • Exceptional taste with strong product and design judgment
  • AI-Forward: design with AI-augmented workflows
  • Rigorous thinker who frames ambiguity clearly
  • Systems thinker with creativity and product insight
  • B2B / enterprise background in designing for enterprise or B2B products
  • Comfortable with complexity in highly technical products and workflows
  • Fluent in AI and AI workflow design
  • Provably original work that introduces new ideas or patterns
  • Fast in fast-moving environments, shipping in high-velocity product orgs
