About the role

Senior Solution Engineer to drive complex customer solutions and close large deals, acting as the technical expert who understands customer needs, delivers demonstrations, and supports enterprise Proof of Concepts across a remote Canada-focused region.

Responsibilities

  • Present Snowflake technology and vision to executives and technical contributors
  • Work hands-on with prospects to demonstrate value throughout the sales cycle
  • Maintain deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing for continuous improvement
  • Support enterprise Proof of Concepts and design implementations
  • Drive technical solutions for complex customer challenges

Qualifications

  • 7-8 years of industry experience with 5+ years in pre-sales
  • Outstanding presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences
  • Broad experience with Database, Data Warehouse, and cloud technologies
  • Hands-on expertise with SQL, SQL analytics, and Python
  • Strong ability to connect business problems with technical solutions
  • Advanced degree in computer science, engineering, or related field

Benefits

  • On Target Earnings (OTE) Range including base + commission bonus: CA$216,000 - CA$283,500
