About the role

Hands-on, people-facing role to support the office and help create a warm, welcoming, and well-run workplace experience. Combines logistics, operations, hospitality, and judgment to keep the office running smoothly as the team grows.

Responsibilities

  • Be the face of the office: Greet employees, candidates, and guests; coordinate with building security; support recruiting by welcoming candidates and helping interviews run on time
  • Keep the office moving: Manage mail, packages, deliveries; coordinate and communicate meal ordering; assist office services teams; troubleshoot day-to-day issues and escalate when appropriate
  • Support workplace operations & events: Partner with Employee Experience on onboarding; stock and distribute office supplies and swag; coordinate client meetings, interviews, and team offsites; assist in planning office events and activities
  • Contribute to a great employee experience: Observe what’s working/what isn’t; pitch in during busy moments; create a calm, welcoming, reliable experience and know employees by first name

Qualifications

  • Professional, friendly presence with strong communication skills
  • Comfortable in a highly visible, customer-facing role
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Able to balance structure with flexibility in a fast-moving environment
  • Comfortable lifting up to 35 lbs and being on your feet throughout the day
  • Experience in front desk, office coordination, hospitality, or rapid-growth companies is a plus
  • Creativity and interest in employee events is also a plus
