Responsibilities

  • Perform Critical Data Analysis for a Broad Range of Stakeholders: Build analytics, and visualizations for varying use cases. Deliver insights to inform business strategies
  • Enable Self Serve Solutions to Internal Teams: Deliver internal products that improve tooling and operational workflows for greater efficiency
  • Build High Value Data Products: Develop robust, scalable data models for Candid clients and drive value for customers
  • Own BI Platform Implementation: Maintain reporting and visualization platforms to ensure data is accurate, accessible, and available

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, Engineering, or another data-intensive field (e.g., Library Science)
  • 4+ years of experience working with data at scale, performing analysis, ETL, and process automation
  • 3+ years hands-on experience with data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working in complex data environments
  • Understanding of how different users leverage data to build insights and tools
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and tackle high-impact tasks
  • Clear and concise communication skills (oral and written)
  • Experience or exposure to Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery), Metabase, Terraform, Python, DBT
