About the role

Senior role responsible for strategic talent development program management across assigned business functions, designing and delivering multi-modal learning and performance solutions to help business partners achieve OKRs and drive organizational effectiveness in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with HR Strategic Business Partners and senior leaders to identify and prioritize learning needs, conduct skills assessments, and recommend learning solutions to address knowledge gaps and performance-related challenges. Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with all PCC teams to understand business goals, prioritize tasks, and ensure content accuracy and quality.
  • Curriculum Development: Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive learning programs including eLearning, virtual and instructor-led training, performance support tools, and other educational materials. Align projects with business goals and software release cycles. Create storyboards, scripts, and related materials using instructional design principles. Leverage diverse educational technologies to deliver engaging learning experiences and stay current with industry trends.
  • Project Management: Independently manage projects through the full instructional design life cycle to meet scope, quality, and timelines. Lead larger projects with multiple team members and stakeholders.
  • Custom Off-Sites and Workshops: Plan and execute custom off-sites and workshops to support team building, strategic planning, and leadership development.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor learning metrics, drive improvements, update materials, and stay updated on technology trends and best practices.

  • Advanced analytical, collaboration, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Advanced multi-tasking, priority setting, organization, risk management, project planning, and project management skills.
  • Advanced ability to apply holistic analysis to performance problems and recommend learning solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in instructional design and development of multi-channel learning solutions aligned with adult learning theories.
