About the role

Net-new function to design and run PointClickCare's HR Portfolio Management Office (HR PMO). Strategic partner to the VP, People Strategy & Transformation, responsible for strategy, governance, capacity management, and reporting to plan, resource, and track HR initiatives across all HR solution groups.

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain the capacity management methodology, including heat map model and oversubscription thresholds across HR COEs
  • Own and run the Portfolio Council governance cadence end to end (intake, capacity check, tier assignment, publish, mid-quarter check, close-out)
  • Build and maintain the integrated HR initiative dashboard with data currency across Pillar Initiatives, Cross-Pillar Projects, and Program Roll-Ups
  • Co-design the HR SLT prioritization process and criteria for evaluating and sequencing initiatives
  • Co-design the OKR and scorecard measurement architecture and cadence
  • Co-author and stress-test the HR Strategy on a Page
  • Track progress against business outcomes and manage project plans with Delivery Leads
  • Convene HR initiative stakeholders and Internal Communications on a recurring cadence
  • Represent HR in enterprise planning and governance forums and coordinate with the Strategic Delivery Office and Corporate Strategy Group
  • Flag enterprise-level dependencies affecting HR delivery
  • Produce consolidated initiative and capacity submissions for quarterly planning cycles

Qualifications

  • 10–15 years of experience in program/portfolio management, management consulting, or PMO leadership
  • Experience designing portfolio governance, capacity management, or OKR measurement systems
  • Strategic thought partner to a senior leader with evidence of shaping leadership thinking
  • Experience operating in matrixed, cross-functional environments without formal authority
  • Strong data and dashboard fluency, capable of architecting reporting tools and metrics models
  • Executive-level communication skills with direct interaction with VP-level stakeholders
  • Experience convening cross-functional stakeholder groups for complex multi-team initiatives
