About the role

Senior Manager focused on monetization strategy and pricing for PointClickCare’s products and services, leading pricing initiatives, supporting new product monetization, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive pricing-driven business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Support pricing & packaging initiatives: Contribute to the development of and execute on pricing and packaging strategies that align with product positioning, customer needs, and business goals.
  • Own select pricing projects and support the Director in broader strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in pricing strategy, business analysis, product operations, or management consulting, preferably within a SaaS or enterprise software company
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS and AI pricing models, value-based pricing, and monetization principles.
  • Understanding of enterprise sales cycles, customer value drivers, and product commercialization.
  • Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret large data sets.
  • Experience with financial modeling, pricing analysis, and market research.
  • Ability to connect insights to actionable recommendations and business outcomes.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Effective communicator, cross-functional collaborator, data-driven decision influencer.
  • Organizational & Execution Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
