About the role

Remote-friendly People Business Partner position based in France, focused on supporting managers in France and Spain with HRBP responsibilities, ensuring fairness, compliance, and scalable People processes as the company grows.

Responsibilities

  • Be a real partner to managers. You'll stay close enough to their day-to-day to help them get the best out of their teams, and you'll constantly challenge them to understand the why behind People processes: performance, mobility, compensation, and beyond.
