About the role
Analyst Relations Manager for ElevenAgents in North America, responsible for building and operating an AR function with a credible narrative that analysts trust, and driving engagement with Gartner, Forrester, and IDC as ElevenLabs expands market coverage.
Responsibilities
- Experience running or building an analyst relations function, ideally in enterprise software, AI, or CX/contact center technology.
- Direct, hands-on experience taking a company through a Gartner Magic Quadrant or Forrester Wave.
- Shape category narrative for a company that spans multiple product lines (ElevenAgent, ElevenCreative, ElevenAPI) to present a coherent market position.
- Prepare executives and technical leads for analyst inquiries and briefings, and build the cadence (newsletters, check-ins, event presence like Gartner IT Symposium) to keep analysts current between briefings.
Qualifications
- Experience running or building an analyst relations function, ideally in enterprise software, AI, or CX/contact center technology.
- Direct, hands-on experience taking a company through a Gartner Magic Quadrant or Forrester Wave.
- Ability to shape category narrative across multiple product lines (ElevenAgent, ElevenCreative, ElevenAPI).
- Comfortable prepping executives and technical leads for analyst inquiries and briefings, and building analyst cadence across newsletters, check-ins, and events.
