About the role

Account Manager role owning technical depth and commercial outcomes for key Southern Europe customers, bridging product, engineering, and revenue across ElevenLabs’ platform and tools.

Responsibilities

  • Own onboarding, enablement, and growth across ElevenLabs' full platform, core speech models, creative tools, and Agents.
  • Advise customers on production deployment, analyzing usage and performance data to reduce friction and drive adoption.
  • Own commercial outcomes for a defined book of business against targets: Gross Revenue Retention, Net Revenue Retention, cross-sell, and net expansion.
  • Spot expansion opportunities early, own renewals and upsells end to end.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and CS leadership to turn technical wins into revenue.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Customer Success, Account Management or Technical Account Management experience supporting complex B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products in the Southern Europe region
  • Proven experience of owning and managing a defined Book of Business
  • Fluent in Spanish, Italian and English (all three languages required)
  • Proven experience working across the Southern Europe market. Knowledge of the landscape and cultural nuances
  • Familiarity and experience with building and deploying AI agents
  • Strong builder mindset - thrives in ambiguity and driving revenue in a large region
  • Familiarity and experience with API Integrations, and navigating SDKs
  • Proven experience cross-functional with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams
  • Proven experience driving revenue outcomes, including owning a revenue quota and cross-sell/renewals
  • Excellent problem-solving, technical, and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote or distributed team environment
