About the role

Senior Product Manager responsible for end-to-end ownership of key areas of Ivo's platform, aligning product vision with customer value and business success, and continuously reassessing AI capabilities to inform product decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Own key areas of Ivo's platform end to end, from discovery and spec through launch, measurement, and iteration
  • Spend time with customers: sit in on calls, observe how legal teams review contracts, and determine which problems matter
  • Work with engineering and design daily to scope and ship, writing precise specs
  • Track frontier LLM capabilities and translate them into product decisions, identifying what's possible, commoditized, and defensible
  • Partner with sales and customer success to convert feedback, usage patterns, and lost deals into roadmap priorities
  • Define success metrics for shipped work and measure against them

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience (B2B SaaS strongly preferred)
  • Experience owning products from concept to launch
  • Ability to work well with engineers and earn their trust
  • Strong customer empathy and ability to understand complex workflows
  • Care about understanding customer problems and solving them, not just shipping features
  • Good judgment about where to be best in the world and where to apply 80/20 rule
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and making tradeoffs in a fast-paced startup
