Responsibilities

  • Leading the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of industrial facilities, plants, infrastructure, or critical assets
  • Developing operational strategies that support business objectives, operational excellence, and long-term organisational performance
  • Managing multidisciplinary operations and maintenance teams across complex environments
  • Developing and implementing asset management and maintenance strategies to maximise performance, reliability, and lifecycle value
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, productivity, asset integrity, and performance optimisation
  • Managing maintenance planning, reliability programmes, and operational risk to ensure business continuity
  • Establishing operational governance, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement frameworks
  • Working closely with clients, executive leadership, technical teams, and operational stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives
  • Leading organisational change, workforce development, and the implementation of best practices across operations and asset management functions
  • Collaborating with Markets including Marine & Ports, Water & Environmental Infrastructure, Energy & Utilities, Buildings & Civil Infrastructure, Industrial Facilities, Transportation, Renewable Energy, Critical Infrastructure

Qualifications

  • Experience in operations and asset management leadership in industrial, infrastructure, or related sectors
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership across management of multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience with asset performance, reliability, and lifecycle value optimization
  • Track record of delivering operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
