About the role

Senior role responsible for the manage, maintenance and technical support of a diverse fleet of construction and foundation machinery for national and international projects; combines technical expertise with hands-on equipment mobilization, fleet performance and on-site support; opportunities to mentor junior engineers and contribute to strategic decisions within Plant & Equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Leads mobilization and demobilization of equipment for national and international construction projects.
  • Provides technical expertise and on-site support to operational teams on sites.
  • Collaborates with the Methods department to ensure effective machinery support for project execution.
  • Oversees technical and administrative follow-up of the equipment fleet.
  • Supports optimal performance, reliability and availability of construction and foundation equipment.
  • Conducts regular site visits to inspect equipment and provide technical support to local teams.
  • Supports international equipment activities from back-office and provides technical and operational support to international project teams.
  • Willing to travel to international project locations for assignments up to one month.
  • Gradually assumes more technical and organizational responsibilities within Plant & Equipment; mentors junior engineers; contributes to strategic technical decisions.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or Civil Engineering with specialization in Mechanics or Electromechanics.
  • Relevant professional experience in plant, equipment, construction or similar technical environment.
