About the role

Express interest to be considered for senior roles such as MD, Country/Regional/Business Unit Director, Operations Director, GM, Executive Director, Managing Partner, or CEO where appropriate.

Responsibilities

  • Leading organisations, business units, or major operational portfolios within engineering, infrastructure, construction, energy, marine, industrial, or related sectors
  • Defining and executing long-term business strategies aligned with organisational objectives
  • Managing multidisciplinary and multicultural teams across complex project environments
  • Driving operational performance, business growth, and organisational transformation
  • Leading commercial strategy, business development, and client relationship management
  • Providing executive oversight of governance, risk management, financial performance, and organisational capability
  • Building high-performing leadership teams while fostering sustainable business growth
  • Delivering long-term value through strategic leadership and sound decision-making

Qualifications

  • Experience in executive leadership roles within engineering, infrastructure, construction, energy, marine, industrial, or related sectors
  • Ability to define and execute long-term business strategies
  • Proven track record in managing multidisciplinary and multicultural teams
  • Experience in governance, risk management, and financial oversight
  • Strong commercial acumen including business development and client relationship management
