Responsibilities

  • Leading digital transformation initiatives across engineering, construction, infrastructure, industrial, or energy organisations
  • Developing and implementing digital strategies that support organisational objectives, operational excellence, and long-term business growth
  • Building high-performing teams that drive the adoption of digital technologies and engineering best practices
  • Leading BIM strategy, digital engineering initiatives, and digital project delivery across multidisciplinary environments
  • Driving process improvement through engineering technologies, digital workflows, automation, and data-driven decision-making
  • Identifying and implementing innovative solutions that enhance collaboration, productivity, project performance, and operational efficiency
  • Collaborating with executive leadership, engineering, construction, commercial, and operational teams to advance digital capability across the organisation
  • Providing strategic guidance on engineering systems, digital platforms, and technology adoption throughout the project lifecycle
  • Promoting a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing to strengthen long-term organisational capability

Qualifications

  • Experience in digital transformation and innovation leadership in engineering, construction, infrastructure, industrial, or energy sectors
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership in digital strategy development and execution
  • Proven track record in BIM, digital delivery, and process improvement
