About the role

Expression of Interest for future engineering leadership opportunities across international projects in engineering, construction, infrastructure, energy, marine, and industrial sectors. Open to experienced leaders who can provide strategic direction, drive operational excellence, and lead business growth on complex, international assignments.

Responsibilities

  • Leading multidisciplinary engineering teams across complex engineering and construction projects
  • Providing technical leadership throughout the engineering lifecycle, from concept and design through execution and commissioning
  • Establishing engineering standards, governance frameworks, and technical best practices
  • Managing engineering quality, technical assurance, and compliance with applicable industry standards and client requirements
  • Coordinating multidisciplinary engineering activities across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, process, marine, or other engineering disciplines
  • Supporting innovation, constructability, value engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Working closely with clients, consultants, project teams, and executive stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes
  • Managing engineering risks, technical decision-making, and project performance throughout the project lifecycle
  • Mentoring and developing engineering professionals while building high-performing technical teams

Qualifications

  • Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams on complex projects
  • Demonstrated technical leadership across the engineering lifecycle
  • Ability to establish standards, governance, and best practices
  • Experience with engineering quality assurance and compliance with industry standards
  • Experience coordinating multiple engineering disciplines
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Mentorship and team development能力
