Responsibilities

  • Providing technical leadership and subject matter expertise within specialist engineering disciplines
  • Leading specialist engineering teams while promoting technical excellence, collaboration, and professional development
  • Establishing technical standards, governance frameworks, and engineering best practices across projects and organisations
  • Leading design reviews, technical assurance activities, and engineering quality initiatives
  • Driving innovation, value engineering, continuous improvement, and the adoption of industry best practices
  • Solving complex engineering challenges through sound technical judgement and practical solutions
  • Supporting multidisciplinary project teams throughout the engineering and project lifecycle
  • Providing expert technical guidance to clients, consultants, project teams, and executive stakeholders
  • Mentoring engineering professionals while contributing to organisational capability and long-term technical excellence
