About the role

Senior Product Marketing Manager to connect customer needs, commercial teams, and product strategy for Airwallex’s Payments suite; responsible for positioning, messaging, product launches, go-to-market plans, and sales enablement across global markets.

Responsibilities

  • Drive clear, differentiated positioning and messaging for Airwallex’s Payments suite across global markets
  • Build and execute product launch and go-to-market plans that align sales, marketing, pricing, and operations teams
  • Improve the customer experience across websites, emails, content, presentations, and other touchpoints
  • Deliver sales enablement materials that help commercial teams position, sell, and scale our products
  • Partner across global and regional strategy, product, sales, marketing, operations, design, and data analytics teams to drive product adoption and usage

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing, or product strategy at a fast-growing technology company
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Experience partnering with commercial and product teams to launch go-to-market campaigns that grow product adoption and usage
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts simply
  • A self-starter mindset, with the ability to identify and prioritise opportunities, roll up your sleeves, and go deep into complex problems
  • A track record of collaborating across functions and driving impact with sales, operations, design, marketing, product, and data analytics teams
