About the role

12-week Software Engineering Intern Program commencing in May 2027, based in Singapore. Interns work on an end-to-end project, receive mentorship, learn and apply AI-assisted engineering practices, and may transition to a graduate role after program completion.

Responsibilities

  • Own an Intern-scoped project end to end
  • Learn and apply best-practice software engineering methodologies
  • Work with AI-assisted workflows, including using LLM tools for research, prototyping, debugging, testing and documentation
  • Collaborate with a mentor and manager within a structured intern program
  • Contribute to roadmap discussions and continuously challenge processes to improve platforms

Qualifications

  • Penultimate year or Final year of a Bachelor's or Master's degree, at any stage in your PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
  • Computing and Object-Oriented Programming Fundamentals
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Desire to learn and grow with Airwallex as a technologist
