About the role

Entry-point role in the post-sales Implementations team focused on configuring customer workspaces, connecting ERPs/subledgers, and training customers to go live on Numeric's platform.

Responsibilities

  • Configure customer workspaces, AI-first. Build close checklists, reconciliation setups, flux analyses, and reporting mapped to each customer's actual close, using AI-assisted configuration.
  • Connect and validate data. Set up ERP integrations (especially NetSuite) and sub-ledger connections, troubleshoot integration issues, and validate data integrity before go-live.
  • Run trainings that stick. Deliver onboarding sessions and live reconciliation walkthroughs, including training on Numeric's AI features; occasional in-person trainings at customer offices.
  • Manage your workstreams like projects. Maintain implementation dashboard, chase customer homework, manage timelines, escalate blockers to Engineering/Product with context.
  • Ramp on Close, then go deeper. Start with close management implementations and expand to more technical areas, including Cash with transaction-matching, SFTP data feeds, and automation tuning.
  • Automate the motion itself. Create Knowledge Base articles, templates, and train AI agents to handle repetitive tasks.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of accounting experience with fluency in monthly close and reconciliations (public accounting backgrounds welcomed, including Big 4). In-house experience at a high-growth company is a plus.
  • Technical & detail-oriented with fast learning of software and data accuracy; comfortable with data reconciliation.
  • Customer-centric mindset with ability to manage stressful implementation scenarios.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills; able to explain configuration decisions in customer language.
  • Bias for action, collaboration, end-to-end ownership of workstreams, and knowing when to escalate.
