About the role

Senior delivery leader responsible for end-to-end technical execution of complex client projects in an AI-enabled GCID environment, embedding AI-native thinking into delivery, and ensuring scalable, value-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Embed AI-first principles into delivery workflows, leveraging automation and intelligent orchestration where applicable.
  • Own the Architecture and drive end-to-end delivery of complex projects, ensuring solutions are scalable and aligned with client outcomes.
  • Drive engineering excellence through reusable components, accelerators, and scalable architecture.
  • Oversee technical execution across multiple projects, ensuring adherence to best practices, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define strategies, delivery plans, milestones, and risk mitigation approaches.
  • Act as a technical point of contact for clients, translating business requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Ensure delivery models are optimized for modern, AI-native execution, including automation and intelligent processes.
  • Ability to step into at-risk projects, assess issues, and establish a recovery path.
  • Champion high-quality engineering practices, coding standards, architectural integrity, and performance benchmarks.
  • Define engineering guardrails for secure coding, TDD, observability; encourage continuous learning and certifications.
  • Drive adoption of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD; foster technical rigor and accountability.
  • Monitor emerging technologies, lead innovation in delivery models and accelerators.
  • Shape user-centric solutions with design thinking; engage with clients through project lifecycle.
  • Support pre-sales with estimations, POCs, and technical proposals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships; ensure satisfaction and value delivery.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams; conduct reviews and support professional development.
  • Ensure secure, compliant, and reliable delivery through secure coding, observability, design reviews, and quality gates.
  • Serve as a strategic partner and provide guidance to align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • 18+ years of experience in software/solution engineering, with hands-on coding and design.
  • Proven experience in leading delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Strong understanding of modern delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, DevOps, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Relevant certifications are a plus.
