About the role

Microsoft Erada Internship focused on accelerating Qatari nationals into employability within a paid six-month program. Interns work as CSAMs in a post-sales context, gaining on-the-job training, certifications, and mentorship while supporting customer success initiatives across phases of onboarding, skilling, and real-world projects.

Responsibilities

  • Seeks information about the customer through research to learn about their business, needs, and strategy and communicates insights to internal teams

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing/completed a Bachelor's/ Master’s Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • Qatari nationality
  • Legally authorized to work in Qatar
  • Fluency in English

Skills

Required:Customer success and stakeholder managementCommunication (verbal and written)
Nice to have:Technical awareness (AI, ML, Cloud)
