About the role

Microsoft Erada Internship for Qatari nationals. Six-month paid program combining onboarding, skilling, and on-the-job shadowing to prepare Account Technology Interns to support digital transformation, solution mapping, and customer engagement in Qatar.

Responsibilities

  • Generates business insights based on data from customers and internal teams to inform planning processes.
  • Assists in creating technical roadmaps outlining the digital transformation journey and core wins; builds engagement or enablement plans and drives envisioning.
  • Applies understanding of customer business objectives to map through sales plays with IPS or Microsoft solution areas.
  • Responds to customer opportunities, creates demand, and reports issues affecting the customer.
  • Supports account planning for budgeting, quota attainment, and consumption goals; coordinates account teams and forecasts the business; executes tasks related to the technical portion of account plans.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing/completed a Bachelor's/ Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Business, or related field
  • Qatari nationality
  • Legally authorized to work in Qatar
  • Fluency in English
