About the role

Client Solutions Associate role focused on growing the expert network and connecting clients with subject matter experts for interview-based research, with cross-functional collaboration to improve the Office Hours platform.

Responsibilities

  • Client-Expert Connections: identify and match experts to clients for interview-based research needs, communicate progress to ensure high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Project Creation & Ownership: manage clients’ research projects from goals to recruiting and scheduling experts, recruiting via internal network and external channels, reviewing profiles, and matching to project requirements.
  • Project Performance Tracking: monitor client and expert feedback on interviews to drive successful research and maintain a high-quality, engaged expert network.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: share insights with product and engineering to refine the platform and improve user experience.
