About the role

Client Solutions Manager responsible for owning a portfolio of enterprise customers, driving growth through account acquisition and expansion, coaching a high-performance team, and collaborating with product and engineering to translate insights into improvements. Focused on enterprise investment firms in the NYC region in a hybrid, full-time role.

Responsibilities

  • Grow a portfolio of enterprise customers through account acquisition and account expansion strategies
  • Hire and coach top performers and maintain talent density
  • Innovate and improve processes and policies within the Client Solutions department

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of professional work experience in customer-facing roles; 1-2 years of experience managing a client-facing team
  • Previous expert network experience (or adjacent market research role) is strongly preferred
  • Ideal candidates have prior experience managing client-facing teams within enterprise business development and/or customer success
  • You display a “challenge-accepted” mentality
  • You are passionate about training, coaching, and developing talent
  • You inspire and motivate your team to achieve ambitious goals
  • You are results-driven and excel at identifying new & innovative ways to drive growth
