About the role

Role focused on building and owning RevOps, analytics, and AI-native operations to scale the revenue engine and overall business at Office Hours.

Build our RevOps function. Own how Client Solutions and Sales set goals, track performance, and run the business: weekly book-of-business and pipeline reviews, the CRM, and reporting. When shipping new tools, build materials and drive adoption.
Build our first business analytics function. Provide leadership with commercial insight from raw data to recommendations and help execute them.
Run the business AI-natively. Automate rote work across teams and redesign team structure and information ecosystem to master the material of AI.
Design incentives, pricing, and margin. Partner with Finance on comp plans, pricing, and discounting aligned with company goals.
Own renewals. Usage reporting, QBRs for largest clients, and renewal/upsell plans for key accounts.
Launch what's next. Conduct market research, TAM sizing, and new product/market launches; turn early traction into repeatable processes.

2–4 years in management consulting, investment banking, or an analytically rigorous role (strategy & operations, analytics, data science) at a high-growth company.
Strong analytical chops; data-driven thinker; SQL proficiency or eagerness to master it.
Executive presence; ability to work with leadership and cross-functional teams.
AI-native mindset and comfort with building scalable processes without outsourcing taste.
