About the role

Client Solutions Associate role connecting clients with subject matter experts for interview-based research, owning projects end-to-end, and collaborating with product/engineering to translate client feedback into platform improvements. Hybrid, SF NYC-based, full-time.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and match experts to clients for interview-based research needs, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction
  • Manage clients’ research projects from goals to recruiting and scheduling experts, using internal networks and external channels
  • Recruit experts by reviewing profiles, outreach, and strategic matching to project requirements
  • Monitor client and expert feedback on interviews to drive successful research and maintain high-quality engaged experts
  • Share insights from client/expert interactions to help product and engineering refine the platform
