About the role

Strategic Account Executive for Office Hours' Expert Data Labs, responsible for new revenue in the Expert Data business by selling to research, data, and post-training teams at frontier AI labs and healthcare/pharma corporates. Focus on multi-year deals, upsell, and building senior-level relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Win new customer logos by identifying qualified opportunities, executing strong sales processes, and converting trials or pilots into long-term contracts.
  • Drive upsell and expansion into existing accounts by understanding customer priorities from benchmarks and research, and selling new work aligned to their roadmap.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior buyers (research, data, post-training leaders) at frontier labs and healthcare/pharma corporates; position Office Hours as a category leader in expert data for health and life sciences.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of enterprise sales experience with a consistent record of meeting and exceeding quota
  • Proven ability to close large, multi-year contracts and grow contract value over time with upselling and expanding to new teams
  • Comfort running complex, multi-stakeholder deals with long sales cycles and multiple decision makers
  • Track record of generating own pipeline through outbound, referrals, and network
  • Experience selling a technical solution and crafting consultative solutions with technical teams to meet customer objectives
  • Persuasive, persistent and ambitious with a growth mindset
