About the role
Strategic Finance Manager to drive analytical decision-making and partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, Operations and leadership to drive growth, with responsibilities spanning planning, unit economics, capital allocation, and AI-enabled forecasting.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Analysis: Own P&L forecasting, including annual plans, quarterly forecasts, and monthly reporting.
- Unit Economics & Pricing: Deep dive into gross margins and define CAC/LTV by customer segment.
- Capital Allocation: Conduct rigorous analysis on TAM, new product opportunities, partnerships, and M&A to deploy capital toward high-leverage outcomes.
- AI-Enabled Forecasting: Leverage AI-driven FP&A tools to automate variance analysis and rolling forecasts, focusing on strategic questions.
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of finance experience (strategic finance, investment banking, and/or private equity) including forecasting and analytical decision-making at a high-growth company.
