About the role

Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for end-to-end recruitment, partnering with leaders to attract and hire top talent across multiple functions and regions, driving scalable recruiting strategies and delivering an exceptional candidate experience during Airwallex’s global expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation, across multiple business units and regions
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates in a competitive market
  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce planning needs and provide consultative guidance
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of diverse, top-tier talent through creative sourcing techniques and strong relationship management
  • Deliver a world-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
  • Analyze and report on recruitment metrics to inform continuous improvement
  • Contribute to employer branding, campus recruitment, and other strategic people initiatives

Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in talent acquisition, preferably within technology, fintech, or high-growth environments
  • Demonstrated success filling commercial and business-critical roles
  • Proven ability to manage multiple searches and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills; adept at building partnerships with hiring managers and leadership
  • Experience with modern sourcing techniques, ATS platforms, and recruitment analytics
  • Passion for building high-performing, inclusive teams
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills; strong attention to detail
