About the role

Senior technical leader responsible for the successful delivery of complex AI-first client projects, embedding AI-native thinking into delivery models to ensure intelligent, scalable solutions aligned with business outcomes across multiple engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Embed AI-first principles into delivery workflows and drive end-to-end delivery of complex projects
  • Own architecture and ensure solutions are scalable, robust, and aligned with client outcomes
  • Drive engineering excellence through reusable components and scalable architecture
  • Oversee technical execution across multiple projects ensuring quality, compliance and best practices
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define strategies, delivery plans, milestones, and risk mitigation
  • Act as technical point of contact translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Optimize delivery models for AI-native execution including automation and intelligent processes
  • Step into at-risk projects to assess issues and establish recovery paths
  • Promote high-quality engineering, secure coding, TDD, observability, and CI/CD practices
  • Track new technologies to guide strategy and drive innovation in delivery, assets, and tools
  • Apply design thinking to develop user-centric solutions aligned with business objectives and project delivery
  • Lead cross-functional teams, review work, and support team growth
  • Ensure secure, compliant, and reliable solution delivery through secure coding, testing, and quality gates
  • Lead technical solutioning, estimations, and pre-sales activities; translate outcomes into architecture and plans
  • Lead rapid prototyping and early-stage deployments; troubleshoot production issues and provide strong customer enablement

Qualifications

  • 16+ years of experience in software/solution engineering
  • 8-12 years in architect and delivery leadership roles
  • Proven experience delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, DevOps
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent)
  • Relevant certifications are a plus
