About the role

Santé is the #1 operating system for local retailers, delivering a full store platform (POS, payments, eCommerce, inventory, marketing, bookkeeping, AI Agents) to help non-tech local retailers compete with big chains. The Founding Growth Marketer will lead content strategy and brand-building to reach non-technical small business owners, primarily through short-form video, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive reach, leads, and revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Shoot short-form, attention-demanding content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit and TikTok
  • Edit video and audio in CapCut, Adobe Premiere or other preferred tools
  • Iterate on content strategy and brand voice by tracking virality to maximize reach
  • Build a repeatable framework to extend the shelf-life of important assets for ongoing publishing
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Experience and Engineering to maintain cohesive brand/story across training videos, product launches, webinars, etc.
  • Leverage analytics and performance data to measure effectiveness of content, prioritizing reach, leads and revenue

Qualifications

  • Strategic storyteller with a proven track record of producing viral content for brands (B2B or D2C)
  • Experience leading or contributing to content plans at startups or agencies that work with non-traditional brands willing to take online risks
  • Natural intuition for connecting with people regardless of background or interests
  • Cares about the craft of editing and videography, continually pushing creative boundaries
  • Comfort with high ownership in a small team where decisions set standards
