About the role

Role focused on quantifying and communicating customer value across the customer journey, partnering with health systems and provider groups to build ROI analyses and business cases, and scaling a value-first approach across go-to-market teams.

Responsibilities

  • Build executive-grade ROI models and business cases for large health system and provider group opportunities
  • Present and defend value analyses with customer executives alongside account teams
  • Support Customer Success on business reviews and renewals with realized-value analyses
  • Own Assort's value methodology: metric definitions, baselines, and realized-value measurement across the customer lifecycle
  • Create self-service value tools (calculators, specialty impact reports) with Product Marketing to quantify value on any deal
  • Train and certify the field on value methodology and positioning
  • Partner across Sales, CS, Product, Marketing, and Finance to embed value thinking into selling and serving
  • Own the business value playbook end to end, with team-building responsibilities as the function grows

Qualifications

  • 6–10 years in management consulting, value engineering, or strategic finance; you build defensible models yourself
  • Healthcare expertise: understand healthcare economics and national benchmarks
  • Executive presence: comfortable presenting and defending quantitative analyses with health system and PE-backed executives
  • Built a program from scratch (methodology, process, training) and achieved field adoption
  • Structured thinker with exceptional communication skills and a high degree of agency
  • Experience using AI as a tool to enhance productivity
