About the role
Digital Solution Specialist, AI Workforce, Israel within Digital Enterprise Sales. Drives modern work solutions, AI/Cloud offerings, and customer value through collaboration with virtual teams, partners, and consulting resources to achieve solution sales targets for managed customers.
Responsibilities
- Sales Execution: Collaborate with virtual team members end-to-end to identify customer business needs and develop solutions; build external stakeholder networks to accelerate and close Modern Work opportunities.
- Business Value Selling: Deepen and broaden Microsoft’s relationships with Customer Business Decision Makers; hunt new Modern Work opportunities by engaging key business contacts and articulating the value proposition of Modern Work solutions.
- Scaling and Collaboration: Collaborate with internal partners to plan, orchestrate, and execute Modern Work opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell.
- Technical Expertise: Initiate conversations with Modern Work Business Decision Makers, share best practices and competitor knowledge, and act as SME to guide pursuit decisions.
- Sales Excellence: Collaborate with partners and resources to plan accounts, conduct competitive planning, forecasting, and business analysis to target high-potential customers and manage Modern Work solutions across accounts.
Qualifications
- Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills in Hebrew.
- Technology-related sales or account management experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 3+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience OR equivalent experience
Skills
Required:Hebrew language proficiencyTechnology-related sales or account management

Benefits
- Base pay varies by country: Ireland IC3 range €49,200 - €71,400 per year; Spain IC3 range €38,000 - €59,700 per year.
