About the role
FoSSE postdoctoral researcher positions at Microsoft, focused on solving real-world software engineering problems for large codebases using AI and formal methods. 1-2 year appointments with mentoring, located on-site in Bangalore, India.
Responsibilities
- Working with FoSSE and other Microsoft colleagues on applied research problems at the intersection of PL, SE, and AI.
- Experimenting with and building tools that work on real world and large code bases.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related discipline.
Skills
Required:Programming languages, compilers or related areas
Nice to have:Reinforcement Learning (RL)
