About the role

- Identify churn and contraction risk early using customer signals, activity trends, and internal context; escalate with clear recommendations when needed.
- Position renewal value clearly and confidently for transactional customers, using customer outcomes, product usage, and business context to support the conversation.
- Partner with CSMs, Account Directors, Finance, Legal, PS, Support, and leadership to resolve blockers and move deals forward.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM hygiene, including renewal status, risk level, blockers, next steps, and expected outcomes.
- Use playbooks, segmentation, and automation to scale your work across a large book of business without sacrificing customer experience.
- Support save motions and approved concession paths with sound judgment and strong internal communication.
- Spot repeatable patterns across the Velocity segment and share ideas that improve renewal plays, risk detection, and operational efficiency.
- Build working knowledge of CaptivateIQ's platform and customer use cases to connect renewal conversations to real customer value.
