- Research and validate parent-child account relationships to support a single, accurate source-of-truth customer hierarchy.
- Maintain clear, audit-ready documentation for every hierarchy change and deduplication action, aligned with IPO-readiness data control standards.
- Perform OFAC/sanctions screening on in-process deals and channel-sourced opportunities per team procedures.
- Complete screening early in the opportunity management process and before booking; escalate matches to Manager and Legal/Compliance as needed.

- Meet SLAs for account research and creation turnaround time; flag ambiguous/high-risk requests for Manager review.
- Use AI and automation tools for detection, matching, and research; review AI-flagged findings before changes to transactional systems.
- Provide feedback on tooling accuracy and performance; identify recurring data quality issues and recommend improvements to the Manager.
