About the role

Product Manager for the AI Platform task force at Joko, owning end-to-end roadmaps and building AI-enabled internal platforms (Joker, Gotham) to scale internal workflows and enable teams across the company.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own your roadmap: map existing processes, identify leverage points, and prioritize to maximize impact.
  • Ship with Engineering: write specs, trade-off decisions, and ensure delivery with software engineers and a Product Designer.
  • Build the agent layer: design capability-first interfaces and decide when to build screens.
  • Own Joker use cases: identify opportunities for end-to-end automation and 0-to-1 features.
  • Retire legacy tools: migrate off outdated tools without disrupting teams.
  • Design for trust and scale: address permissions, reliability, security, compliance, and data access as product problems.
  • Measure efficiency: define success via time saved, cost reduction, risk removal, and adoption.
  • Align stakeholders: coordinate with Engineering, Ops, Finance, Legal, Data, and Care.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
  • Experience with internal tools, back-office products, APIs, platforms, or complex B2B products is a strong plus.
  • AI fluency — hands-on: daily use of AI tools, understanding agents' strengths/weaknesses.
  • Strong technical appetite: interest in infrastructure, permissions, reliability, security, compliance, and data architecture.
  • Stakeholder leadership: ability to align, prioritize, and say no amidst dependencies.
  • Analytical & pragmatic: data-driven, impact-oriented, focused on operational problems.
  • Clear, structured communication translating technical topics to business impact.
  • Location: Based in France or Spain.
  • Languages: Fluent in English; French a plus but optional.
  • Mindset: ownership-driven, resilient, entrepreneurial, open to feedback and learning.
