About the role

Product Manager for the Engine task force within the Juno tribe, owning the end-to-end user experience of the AI shopping assistant including conversational interface and recommendation logic.

Responsibilities

  • Conversational product design: define, test, iterate on the shopping conversation and interaction patterns for a surface with no established standard.
  • Designing with AI's limits in mind: account for hallucinations, edge cases, fallbacks, and model feeding.
  • Discovery, user testing & iteration: run continuous user tests, observe conversations, identify breakages, and drive iterations; own rollout strategy and ship decisions.
  • Roadmap & ownership: define vision and roadmap for the assistant experience, prioritize and deliver from framing to launch.
  • Measurement: define quality metrics for the AI experience and use data to drive decisions.
  • Competitive positioning: define what makes a specialized AI shopping assistant superior.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 3 years of experience as a Product Manager (flexible on seniority)
  • AI product experience: shipped user-facing features powered by AI with a meaningful user base
  • UX & UI judgment: strong instincts for user experience and AI feature design
  • Data fluency: comfortable defining and evaluating metrics with data
  • AI fluency: hands-on with AI tools and understanding model behavior
  • ML knowledge: a strong bonus
  • 0-to-1 appetite: eagerness to build something that does not exist yet
  • Location: Based in France or Spain
  • Languages: Fluent in English; French is a plus (optional)
  • Mindset: entrepreneurial, receptive to feedback, eager to learn
