About the role

Engineering the systems layer behind Rogo's revenue engine, owning Salesforce end-to-end and the surrounding GTM tech stack including CPQ, AI-driven capabilities, and data quality controls across the revenue lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Own Salesforce end to end: data model, schema, flows, validation rules, permissions, record pages, DevOps hygiene, and platform reliability across the full revenue lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain Salesforce customizations in Apex, SOQL, Flow, and Lightning Web Components, with tests, deployment discipline, and documentation.
  • Own administration and integration of the surrounding stack: Gong, Clay, Apollo, Lusha, Nooks, Default, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, DocuSign, and new tools as adopted.
  • Architect integrations between Salesforce and the rest of the stack, and own the API, OAuth, and access patterns.
  • Own the full user access lifecycle across GTM systems: provisioning, role and permission changes, deprovisioning.
  • Evaluate, pilot, and consolidate tooling with clear opinions on what to keep or retire.
  • Own CPQ and quoting controls, including ramp and multi-year structures, approval paths, and guardrails.
  • Own the contract and entitlement layer: order forms, contract extraction, activated contract records, seat and license rollups, billing structure, and exception reporting.
  • Own renewal, expansion, and churn mechanics in the system: generation, deduplication, forecasting, reconciliation with contract cycles.
  • Design the customer lifecycle in-system so that pipeline, deployment, health, and renewal read from the same source of truth.
  • Design, build, and ship AI capabilities into the GTM motion: health and scoring models, MEDDPICC scorers, account research agents, enrichment, routing, call-signal extraction.
  • Build MCP servers and agent tooling so LLMs can read/write GTM data safely, with appropriate field definitions and permissions.
  • Stand up evals, monitoring, confidence scoring, guardrails for observable, reversible, explainable AI tied to business metrics.
  • Assess where AI adds value vs. risk, keeping humans in the loop where appropriate.
  • Track AI and automation landscape and integrate best practices into Rogo's GTM operations.
  • Treat data quality as a production control with dedupe, segmentation, domain normalization, and explicit override fields.
  • Design for reporting at capture with schema-level ownership, reason codes, confidence tiers, and dedupe keys.
  • Run population-scale backfills with auditable processes validating before production.
  • Serve as primary escalation point for GTM system issues, focusing on root causes rather than symptoms.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years owning GTM systems in a revenue, sales, or RevOps organization with hands-on Salesforce administration as a system of record.
  • Meaningful, recent experience owning other GTM tooling (e.g., Gong, Clay, Apollo, Lusha, Nooks, Default, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, DocuSign) including integration and access layers.
  • Demonstrated experience building out full GTM tech stacks and owning multiple components in production.
  • Hands-on experience with CPQ tooling, quote-to-cash, contracts, entitlements, and renewals.
  • Recent, concrete experience leveraging AI/LLMs in GTM systems (e.g., health/scoring models, MEDDPICC scorers, account research agents).
  • Working familiarity with Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components; ability to read/reason about code and use AI coding tools safely.
  • Comfort with SQL and some Python or scripting for pipelines, integrations, and backfills.
  • Ability to scope vague business problems into technical specs and execute without a roadmap.
  • Strong written communication for explaining system design, trade-offs, and rationale to engineers and GTM leadership.
