About the role

Role focused on leading full-cycle client engagements for AI in asset management, translating capabilities into financial impact for bankers/investors and driving both technical and financial wins.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle client engagements and tailor demos for investors and deal teams.
  • Engage with bankers/investors to understand workflow challenges and demonstrate value of Rogo's AI solutions.
  • Establish credibility in solving customers' problems (e.g., financial research, M&A advisory, diligence workflows).
  • Lead product demonstrations tailored to financial firms and validate where Rogo adds value.
  • Partner with marketing to develop customer-resonant content.
  • Act as the Voice of the Customer to inform sales strategies and product feedback.
  • Tailor introductions of new solutions to customer needs.
  • Shape market perception of Rogo as credible and helpful in applying AI to finance.
  • Conduct research and analysis on customers and competitors.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of front-office experience at a large asset manager.
  • Executive engagement skills with ability to build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Outstanding presentation skills (whiteboard, presentations, demos).
  • Curiosity about AI's potential in financial services.
  • Sales or client-facing experience including business development or managing institutional client matters and relationships.
