About the role

Cloud Solution Architect for Microsoft 365 Copilot within the ANZ AI Business Solutions Area CSA Team, enabling customers to achieve ROI on their M365 Copilot investment across deployment, usage, and expansion with a strong learn-it-all mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Centricity: Drive customer satisfaction and act as a trusted advisor leveraging M365 Enterprise Services (Copilot in M365 App, Power Platform/Copilot Studio, M365 Apps, Information Governance, Security & Compliance) to enable Customer Success Plan outcomes.
  • Provide feedback & insights from customers/partners to MS teams to enable continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrate experience in Customer Success for productivity and business process transformation platforms with strong technical aptitude and ability to work with business and IT stakeholders.
  • Executive Stakeholder Value: Build and maintain executive-level relationships and lead value proposition conversations aligned to customer priorities and outcomes.
  • Develop opportunities to drive Customer Success by ensuring customers understand M365 Copilot value and derive value from Microsoft technology.
  • Identify resolutions to issues blocking go-live of customer success projects by leveraging deep M365 knowledge and lead technical conversations to drive value.
  • Demonstrate self-learning mindset and align skilling to team/area demands and customer success goals.
  • Depict customer business processes and prepare for analysis/improvement of business process performance.
  • Articulate, demo, and present complex concepts to BDMs & ITDMs.
  • Territory & Pipeline Management: manage opportunities, stakeholders, and partner engagement to ensure customers realize value from investments.
  • Collaborate in virtual teams to develop and drive M365 Copilot usage opportunities and document best practices and customer references.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 3+ years' experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years experience in a customer-facing role or 4+ years on technical M365/Power Platform/Copilot Studio projects.
