About the role

Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) to help customers move AI applications and agents from experimentation to production on Azure. Lead architecture design, PoCs, pilots, and production milestones, accelerating adoption of Azure AI Foundry, Agent Factory, GitHub, app platforms, and supporting data services. Drive customer value, scalable solutions, and feedback loops to improve product and delivery quality at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customer IT and business leaders to understand their application, agent, data, and AI priorities, and design secure, scalable solutions that drive business value, customer confidence, and production adoption.
  • Lead technical engagements across architecture design, proof of concepts, pilots, and production milestones to accelerate adoption of Azure AI Foundry, Agent Factory, GitHub, app platforms, integration services, and supporting data services.
  • Drive next best actions and generate incremental pipeline from each engagement, aligning Factory, Unified ES as Job 2, Azure Accelerate, Accelerate Developer Usage, Grow Data Marketshare and Agentic Modernization, and Win Agent Platform outcomes.
  • Provide delivery oversight and escalation support for key Factory engagements across AI Apps, agents, and app innovation projects, using Factory as a delivery differentiator to accelerate time-to-value.
  • Act as the Voice of the Customer by sharing adoption issues, capacity constraints, product gaps, deployment blockers, platform readiness feedback, and preview limitations with engineering teams to accelerate resolution and improve product outcomes.
  • Support customer and partner skilling through technical workshops, readiness activities, and guidance on AI Apps, agents, GitHub, app modernization, resiliency, and production readiness.
  • Maintain deep technical expertise in Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Agent365, Microsoft IQs, GitHub Copilot, GitHub Platform, app platforms, containers, serverless, integration services, DevOps, and supporting data and customer health workloads, while contributing to internal and external technical communities.
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset by continuously aligning your skills to customer needs, contributing to knowledge sharing, and mentoring others to accelerate customer outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years experience in AI, GitHub, Agentic DevOps, AI Agent development, cloud, developer, application platform, or agents.
  • 5+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (internal and/or external).
  • 5+ years experience working on technical projects.
  • Technical certifications in AI, Cloud, Developer or Agents (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google, GitHub, AI, Agents, Security).
  • Business-level Japanese proficiency.
