About the role

Data Analyst Intern in the GTF Lending Operations team within a fast-paced consumer lending environment. Focus on data-driven support for operations, BI learning, and developing technical skills in a hands-on setting.

Responsibilities

  • Support Operational Requests: Manage and prioritize incoming data-related queries from the broader operations team.
  • Maintain Data Accuracy: Perform routine data refreshes to ensure business continuity and accuracy.
  • Monitor Dashboards: Maintain and update existing operational dashboards so the team always has a clear view of performance.
  • Extract Insights: Execute ad-hoc data pulls to answer specific, time-sensitive business questions.
  • Develop Reporting: Assist in designing and building new operational reports as you grow and learn in the role.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Currently in your final semester of university or a recent graduate.
  • Basic Technical Skills: Foundational understanding of Microsoft Excel (e.g., comfortable with basic formulas, filtering, and data entry).
  • Passion for Data: Strong, genuine eagerness to learn about data analytics and business intelligence.
  • Communication: Comfortable asking questions and communicating with operational stakeholders to understand their data needs.
  • Problem Solving: Highly detail-oriented with a proactive, curious mindset.
