About the role

Lead Product Manager responsible for growing and strengthening revenue across Joko's Business Lines (Online, In-Store, Gift Cards). Reports to VP Product, leads PMs across three task forces, defines strategy, owns end-to-end revenue metrics, and drives user-centric and data-driven product decisions in a fast-growing, globally expanding company.

Responsibilities

  • Set the tribe's strategy: arbitrate between three task forces, decide where the next engineer and the next euro go, defend trade-offs in front of leadership.
  • Own the revenue chain end to end: optimize catch rate and track rate, size levers, and prioritize to maximize revenue.
  • Go deep where it matters: understand affiliate tracking, card-linked payments, checkout and coupons, challenge diagnoses, and make final calls.
  • Champion the user experience: translate user needs into dedicated features and improvements across business lines.
  • Navigate structural challenges: address privacy, browser tracking restrictions, payment ecosystem changes, and regulation shifts.
  • Lead and grow the PMs: manage and mentor PMs for Online, In-Store, and Gift Cards; set standards for funnel analysis, experimentation, and delivery.
  • Define what healthy looks like: establish metrics for each business line and be accountable for revenue contribution.
  • Work across the company: partner with B2B, Care, Data, affiliates, and payment partners.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Product, including leadership or mentoring of other Product Managers, preferably in consumer products.
  • Data fluency: ability to interrogate funnels, decompose metrics, and identify signals.
  • Business sense: experience sizing levers in euros and being accountable for numbers in front of executives.
  • Management: proven track record in growing Product Managers and setting high rigor.
  • Technical appetite: understanding of tracking and payment integrations, browser behavior, redirects, backend pipelines; coding not required.
  • Experimentation: experience running real A/B tests and designing meaningful experiments.
  • Stakeholder leadership: strong alignment, prioritization, and ability to say no to merchants, partners, and internal teams.
  • Resilience: comfortable with changing external conditions (privacy, regulation, competition).
  • AI fluency: hands-on with AI tools in product work.
  • Location: Based in France or Spain.
  • Languages: Fluent in English; French is a plus but optional.
  • Mindset: entrepreneurial, growth-oriented, receptive to feedback.
