About the role

Lead Product Manager for the AI Platform tribe at Joko, responsible for the internal agent infrastructure, automation layer, internal tools, security, and operational scalability to make Joko faster, safer, and more agentic.

Responsibilities

  • Set the tribe's strategy: decide what Platform builds, order, and what it stops doing; maintain a standing intake of internal tools needs and translate into a defendable roadmap.
  • Own Joker and Gotham: drive production-grade Joker and shipping Gotham's permission model to ensure appropriate access control.
  • Build the automation layer: expose actions as tools, write agent instructions, and determine when a screen is needed.
  • Retire legacy tools: migrate off outdated tools without breaking daily workflows.
  • Own security, compliance and reliability: identity and access, data retention/minimization, logs, audit, and test coverage.
  • Lead and grow the team: hire, mentor, and set the bar for discovery and delivery across PMs.
  • Be the interface for the whole company: coordinate with Engineering, Ops, Finance, Legal, Data, and Care; define success in terms of time saved, cost removed, risk reduced, and adoption.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Product, including leadership or mentoring of Product Managers
  • Background in internal tools, back-office products, APIs, platforms, or complex B2B products is a strong plus
  • AI fluency and hands-on experience with AI tools in daily work
  • Product-for-teams mindset focused on internal users, efficiency, robustness, and adoption
  • Strong technical appetite: understanding infrastructure, identity, permissions, reliability, security, compliance, and data architecture
  • Proven people management experience and ability to grow Product Managers
  • Stakeholder leadership and ability to align, prioritize, and trade-off between senior stakeholders
  • Analytical, data-driven, and pragmatic with focus on real operational problems
  • Clear, structured communicator able to translate technical topics into business impact for execs
  • Location independence with requirement based in France or Spain
  • Fluent in English; French a plus but optional
  • Ownership-driven, resilient, entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to learn and adapt
