About the role

Senior Software Engineer role focused on building scalable, HIPAA-compliant full-stack product solutions for healthcare, with backend emphasis and opportunities across UI, APIs, data models, and integrations.

Responsibilities

  • You'll have many responsibilities and will be involved in key decisions alongside the founders and other stakeholders.
  • Work closely with our world-class engineering team to develop features and products from the ground up.
  • Enjoy a high degree of autonomy, tasked with solving complex problems in innovative ways.
  • Participate actively in design and development discussions, contributing fresh ideas and perspectives.
  • Engage with healthcare professionals to tailor software solutions that meet real-world needs.
  • Move quickly with the team to ship reliable products, meet ambitious goals, and deliver a five-star customer experience.
  • You will develop scalable software solutions that comply with HIPAA and other security standards.

Qualifications

  • 4–8+ years of industry experience, with a proven track record of impact at a major tech company or a high-growth startup.
  • Strong engineering fundamentals and a demonstrated ability to design, build, and scale production-grade applications or systems.
  • Experience building full-stack web applications. Our product stack includes TypeScript, React, Next.js, Python, FastAPI, and Postgres. Experience with every part of the stack is not required.
  • Comfort working with APIs, relational data models, asynchronous workflows, and third-party integrations.
